What This Site Collects
This website does not currently use first-party analytics, advertising trackers, or a newsletter signup. If you contact us by email, we process the information you send so we can respond to your request.
Evaluation Requests
When you request a hyper3-clip eval, your email client opens a pre-filled message. The message may include your domain, baseline, retrieval failure mode, and sample link. Do not send confidential production data unless we have agreed on handling terms first.
Scheduling
The founder-call button uses Cal.com. If you book a meeting, Cal.com may process booking details such as your name, email address, meeting time, and any information you enter in the booking form. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
Hosting And Security
Hosting, DNS, CDN, and security providers may process technical request data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, and requested URLs to serve and protect the site.
External Links And Embedded Demos
This site links to third-party services such as Hugging Face, GitHub, Discord, arXiv, and Cal.com. Those services process data under their own privacy policies when you open their pages or embedded demos.
Your Rights
If applicable data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, contact us at matin@hyper3labs.com.
Changes
We will update this page if we add analytics, forms, newsletters, customer accounts, or other data-processing features.
